Last night was a great set. Excellent variety. And finally, it looks like more people are becoming aware and being drawn to the back room. There were several tables full of diners when I arrived, many of whom stayed once I started, and several who came in to eat once I had.

Yay!!

And, so, I'm finally becoming able to draw on my strengths again and not be entirely dependent on just who happens to show up from my emailings. (NOT to diss you all. You ARE the heart of the performance and it would suck without you there) Once again, I'm able to reach out, sense the room and find a way to reach people. You can't reach people who aren't there to reach and finally the back room at New Deal is being that place again.
